The 100 Buc's was established in Spring of 1961
by Mr. Philip Ryan and was later taken over by
Mr. Nick Kafkas.
Mr. Kafkas made 100 BUC'S
what it is today, a highly respected organization.
Students wishing to join petition for their membership. They are
then chosen by an elected group of 100 Bucs.
The duties of 100 Bucs consist mostly of patroling
rallies, low ten orientation, and hall patrol.
They also give up their free time to patrol at
special activities before and after school.
The officers for F'65 were: President, Dave
Costa; Vice President, Linda Massagli; Secretary,
Judy Gaerland, and Treasurer, Linda Morgan.
The 100 BUC'S is one of the most distinguished
groups at Bal. The members are to be respected
by the whole school for they represent Bal's Soul. |
